Solar®Turbines updates our online part offerings daily. If you are unable to find the part you are looking for, please Contact Us for assistance.

To share a part from the product category page or the part detail page, click the “Share” button User-added image and enter the recipient email address.

To create a quote, you will need to add parts to your cart. When you are ready to create your quote, visit the cart and select "Request Quote".

Quotes may take a minute to process. Once your Quote is processed, you will see your Quote number, as well as be able to share or download your Quote PDF.

Click on "Place Order" next to the Quote that you want to convert. Note: Previous selections in the cart will be lost when adding the Quote to the cart. Proceed with cart check out to convert the Quote to an order. Currently, Shop Solar does not offer Quote modifications during the conversion to order process.

If you are unable to see a Quote in my Quotes list, make sure that the correct SOLD TO is selected that matches the Quote you would like to view.

To share a Quote, click the share icon  User-added image and enter a recipient address.

Click “Quotes” from the menu. Depending on your SOLD TO selection, you will see a list of Quotes from the past 1 year. After clicking on the Quote Number, you may access the Quote Acknowledgment. From here, you can print or download to PDF.

Click “Orders” from the menu. Based on your SOLD TO you will see a list of Orders from the past 1 year. Order details are displayed when you click on the Order Number.

Orders correspond to the SOLD TO selection. Please ensure the SOLD TO selected matches the order you would like to view.

Click “Orders” from the menu. Based on your SOLD TO, you will see a list of Orders from the past 1 year. The Order Acknowledgement is available by clicking on the PDF icon in the “Orders” table. As an alternative, you may also click on the Order Number and Click the Order Acknowledgment in Order Details.

Click “Orders” from the menu. Select the Order of which you are looking for Tracking information. Once the order is selected, Tracking Information will be displayed in Order Details.

Click “Orders” from the menu. Select the Order of which you are looking for. Once the order is selected, Shipment Status will be displayed.

1. Canceled – Your Order has been canceled

2. Confirmed – Your Order is approved.

3. Deleted – Your Order has been deleted.

4. On Hold – There is something preventing the processing of your order, please Contact Us

5. Partially Shipped – Part of the order has been shipped.

6. Processing – Your Order is in the process of being picked and or packed for shipment.

7. Shipped – Your entire order has shipped and tracking information is available.

Click “Orders” from the menu. Based on your SOLD TO you will see a list of Orders from the past 1 year. “View Invoice(s)” will be displayed in Order Details when you click on the Order Number.

“Packages” is where a user can view and manage their Illustrated Parts List (IPL) for Equipment purchased from Solar®Turbines.

A Package Serial Number is a unique identifier for each Solar®Turbines’ packages.

Click “Packages” from the menu. Based on your SOLD TO location you will see a list of your Packages. Click “Add New Package +” to add a Package Serial Number.

The Package Serial Number is located on a metal plate that is affixed to major assemblies, such as an engine or compressor. If you are unable to locate your Package Serial Number, please Contact Us for assistance.

A Project Definition number can have one or more package serial numbers assigned to it. If you want to know your Package Serial Number(s) assigned to your Project Definition number, please Contact Us for assistance.

Packages installed prior to 1990 do not have a digital Bill of Material. To inquire about adding Package Serial Number(s) and Digital Bill of Material(s), please Contact Us for assistance.

“Lists” is where you can create a list of parts for your planning needs. Lists can be uploaded, renamed, shared and exported to a .csv file. You may also add your entire List of parts directly to your cart.

Click “Lists” from the menu. Based on your SOLD TO, you will see your Lists.

Click “Lists” from the menu. Based on your SOLD TO, you will see your Lists. Next, select “Upload List” where you can upload a CSV file. For ease of use, please use our Template!

While in your List, select the parts you would like to request a Quote for and click “Add to Cart +”. Once your parts are in the cart, you may Click “Request Quote”.

When uploading a List using the provided Template, do not remove the first row. If you are not using the provided Template, please make sure to add a header with text in the first row.

To maintain list position in the cart, your cart must be empty. Otherwise, newly added parts will be placed in the next available position.

Newly added parts will be placed in the next available position on the List you are moving to.

To change Quantities in your cart, update the row by adding the Quantity needed or click the “+” or “-“ for the desired amount.

This means that the Part is temporarily out of stock.

Users can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover to make a purchase.

In order to make changes to or cancel your order, you will need to Contact Us for assistance.

In order to update your profile information, you will need to Contact Us for assistance.

In order to add an Address, fill out the Contact Us form for assistance.

In order to update your SOLD TO address, select the SOLD TO User-added image edit button. From here you can Select from any SOLD TO ADDRESS assigned to your account.

In order to update your SHIP TO ADDRESS, Click the SHIP TO  User-added image edit button, from here you can Select from any SHIP TO address assigned to your account.

To switch between accounts, click the menu User-added image button and Click “View store front” from here you can select accounts you will have access to.
